AMERICA IS GOING GREEN

As the dust settles after our November 3rd election, let’s recap on our cannabis WINS shall we?

Long story short- all the cannabis measures up for vote passed - overwhelmingly.

Mississippi legalized medical cannabis prescribed by a doctor with Amendment 65.

South Dakota legalized both medical and recreational adult-use cannabis, with the state’s medical reform passing 70 percent to 30 percent. Despite this, South Dakota governor Kristi Noem (R) said she thinks voters made the wrong choice. LOL, okay Kristi.

MEANWHILE New Jersey, Arizona, and Montana legalized adult use cannabis!

We had some other BIG WINS like in Oregon where all drugs - all of them - were decriminalized -- and psilocybin therapy was LEGALIZED!!! Things are about to get funky in Oregon!!

And Washington DC decriminalized psychedelic plants like with Initiative 81, meaning they have now been re-categorized as the lowest priority for police enforcement.

SO we’ve got 36 states with legal medical weed And 15 with legal recreational!

There’s still plenty of work to be done but for now we’ll celebrate the small stuff.
